How to remove the data Exeria Sawakli holds about you or your business. See the Privacy Policy for what is collected.

Remove Facebook data (tokens and connected accounts)

In Sawakli: managers open Connected accounts and choose Remove on the connection; clients open Settings → Your Facebook and choose Disconnect. The access token and its linked accounts are deleted at once.
On Facebook: in your Facebook settings under Business integrations (or Apps and websites), remove Sawakli. Facebook tells Sawakli automatically, Sawakli deletes the connections belonging to your Facebook account, and Facebook shows you a confirmation code you can check on this site.

Delete your whole Sawakli account

Write to [email protected] from the email address of your Sawakli account. We delete the account, its connections, reports history, campaign change records, sales figures and files within 30 days, and confirm by email. Backups containing the data expire within 7 days after that.

What is not affected

Deleting data in Sawakli does not delete anything in your Meta ad accounts, Pages or Instagram accounts; campaigns and posts stay as they are on Meta.
